I use ASC Pro (Advanced System Care) and do a deep clean, also use Malwarebytes to remove unwanted Spyware, Malware and Adware. Keep your registry clean, scan and defrag your HD at least once a month. Use "Game Mode" to shutdown unwanted background apps while gaming even a prog like "...
