I believe Microsoft stated somewhere that they're fine with the game's usage so long as money isn't made from it. This was in reference to the partners on YouTube making a buck off of Halo videos, but I believe it would still apply.

It's Apple, are you shocked? If you want a powerhouse smartphone for cheap, Google's Nexus line is honestly the best. I don't play Halo. You can play me on TF2, since it's a lot more stable than you make Halo and its servers out to be.
