At around 6.30am EST i got my first earthquake ever. The whole building was swinging for like 5 seconds. I've never experienced something like that. My neighbor said his bed was swinging while he was laying on it. Found some more news about it on several websites saying it was a 4.5. Was a bit scare...

Isn't GMT -5 = EST ?
So if you say 10pm GMT -5 you are saying 10pm EST.
(EST is east coast standard time)

It is always a hard decision to demote a Member but the Leadership has made the decision to demote some of the Lieutenants.
They have been demoted back to Corporal because they cannot take care of the admin dutys due to inactivity.
