Sorry about that last post, I'm judging of what I've used.
I'll try XFIRE and give you more feedback.

Re: In-Game Recording
Thanks Ranger for guiding me towards Dxtory and helping me get it. Gotta try it out soon.
Re: In-Game Recording
So, I've ditched Evolve (for recording video) and switched to Bandicam.
Though I haven't tried to edit the video, I'm sure it will work with anything.
If not, you could try Bandicut.

How is Bandicam working for you so far Jook?
Do you know what bitrate it records at?

You can set your own bitrate for audio and video (based on codecs).A§H»Ranger wrote:How is Bandicam working for you so far Jook?

Video codecs it supports: H.264, Xvid, MPEG-1, YV12, Motion JPEG, RGB24, Xfire Video Codec, Microsoft Video 1, Cinepak, and Intel IYUV.
Audio codecs: Mpeg 2, PCM and AAC (depending on if you want .avi or .mp4)
Easy to use and has some neat features; I recommend trying it before you buy it.

Ok, I might not try it though, I haven't had a whole lot of success with those codecs listed above,A§H»ĴΘΘĶ wrote:You can set your own bitrate for audio and video (based on codecs).A§H»Ranger wrote:How is Bandicam working for you so far Jook?

but eh, I might, I'd like to find something that doesn't tax my system as much while recording,
