New Server Rules Page

I have updated the
Server Rules Page to include all of our game's server rules. When you click on a game banner, the rules appear for the selected game.
KillingFloor and Counter Strike GO/Source rules will be put up soon.

Hmm. I think a lot if links are broken now. Notably the userbars, but I'd say this one would be a major issue. Now they can say, 'but they don't have any rules!' Lol
