since a few months i experience heavy latency warp and low fps on my pc

its way over specified what halo needs but its still slow and sometimes i play in slowmotion

so: not very mucvh online till this is solved.

Have you started to use some heavy (background) programms recently?
Also, virus/ malware infection is known to bring things to a creeping halt, so maybe a virus/malwarw scan could help...if you don't do this regulary already.
