This utility is a front-end for downloading a ton of free (spyware-free) apps. I checked the "PC Maintenance" section and it has links for the following tools:

CCleaner
CCEnhancer
D7
Glary Utilities

etc.

Easy way to download a bunch of tools without visiting different web pages.
