Ban Request

hi guys/gals
I regularly play on yr servers
and a couple of times recently I see a PÕQ~MEIRDA or PÕQ~SHIT this player is not a PÕQ member and has been kicked and banned a number of times for cussing, disrespectful behaviour, insulting PÕQ members and being really disruptive. S/he has come back after changing ip nuimber 
I suspect that only come onto yr servers to mess up my game.
I'm asking if you can kick him or better ban him/her when seen.
