I didn't see a topic about this in the "Computers and Software"
board. sorry if it's somewhere else and i didn't find it.

anyone who's tried to find the/an old version of xfire is almost out of luck.

when you go to xfire's site they only let you download the beta version.
at the bottom it says "Download the old Xfire Client"
But http://media.xfire.com/xfire/client/xfs ... taller.exe is a broken link.

I have an installer of Version 1.155 Build 46139 if anyone would care to download it:
HERE

If there's a better version (beta aside), and you have an installer please feel free to share.
:D

Cool, good old xfire ftw. You can always change themes with the new one though.

Do you recommend a specific version? I tried the 2.x beta when i first got xfire
(2013-06-27). it seemed kinda buggy. a friend gave me this. so... idk if it's any better than other
"classic" xfire version.

I'm using the last version before 2.0 (the same one you linking I think).

Idk if I'm lucky,or what, but my Xfire is the Classic Xfire. Despite allowing it to download the updates or whatever, my Xfire has the same appearance (for the most part) of the classic.

It's weird, like when I start Xfire, I get that little Windows 7 pop up that asks if you want to allow the Xfire Installer/Updater to make changes to your computer. it doesn't matter if I hit no or yes, it doesn't update the look of Xfire at all.
