Halloween achievements come only once a year and I'm guessing they are shutting down tonight at midnight. Refer to this website here for the achievements:

Regarding some achievements-

*Some require DLCs.
*777 fuel can be easilly aquired on this map:

Simply download the map called 777v2 and place it in killing floor. Restart the game in solo to continue heading to the fuel pump and insert money. This goes for the 777 achievement in the 2013 achievements.

777 was the hardest for me after spending 10 minutes restarting the map >.> I would not recommend playing KF Objective that many times (probably would be hours of restarting KFO Freight Yard).
