Respect the presence of other people in other channels. Before utilizing administrative privileges to move a user from a channel, request the permission of the user and their channel's active occupants before moving the user out of the channel.
Respect each channel's topic of discussion, if any, unless a channel administrator gives permission. For gaming rooms, the topic of discussion regards any discussion pertaining to the game that the channel has been established for.
Respect the lobby and other public channels. Utilize the Away from Keyboard (AFK) channel whilst being inactive in a public channel.
Respect the channel administrators of private channels. They're the ones in control of channel's activities that aren't limited by an act of the leadership.
