Heads up: aimbots on your servers

Post by PappinAce »

Hello all,

there are two players on my radar who I suspect are using aimbots, and they frequent your Danger Canyon CTF server on Halo: Custom Edition. Their names are iNmOrTaL and ~HG~Rabiosa. I had suspicions when I noticed them getting seemingly impossible headshots consistently, and upon sightjacking them I noticed twitching, and in some cases throwing grenades at players they couldn't possibly have seen ! (inside structures / behind walls) Rabiosa was also aiming at approaching vehicles from halfway across the map before they even came into view !

I recommend you look into this. Clean the servers of these cheating filth!

We don't allow, on ASH servers, players to sightjack so please be aware of that.

Regarding the cheaters, you can always add me on xfire and call me in. I'll be looking at the server every once in a while to check if these players are playing there.

Thanks for the heads up and as Mandalore said we currently don't allow non-members
to use SightJacker on our servers. Perhaps we should think further on the SightJack rule
since the people we know are using it are using it for good intentions.
And those who are using it for bad intentions aren't going to stop using it and we won't be
able to prove it anyways.

We will keep a close eye on the guys you mentioned. :police:
