Yeah, the Race server is so sweet. It is the only server that has all the flags so you go making your way, so I love it.

There is a bot in this server right now. I used SJ and indeed the cursor moves quickly towards the enemy and continues when they move. The cheater is named "Gerónimo" and is playing right now (12:25 am GMT -6, 01/20/16).
