My internet speed when I turn off my Sister's Spotify program on her computer

Practically the best and most stable internet I've had in months. She runs Spotify day and night

You can always do what I did. There's a program called netlimiter (I think that's the name) that you can use to limit how much internet a program or even a whole computer can use. The downside is that it has to go on the computer that you want to limit so if someone knows about it they can just turn it off. I put it on the computers in my house and told my parents that it was to evenly distribute the bandwidth so that one person couldn't be selfish and use all of it leaving none for other people.
