Minecraft Server

I kinda feel as though things happened rather quickly on the current minecraft map (such as me finding the stronghold, and killing the dragon(s), multiple times, and lots of other stuff) and because of this (and because of crash spawning non legit stuff >_> ) I think people have lost interest in the server. If crash and spyker both think that it's a good idea then we may end up resetting the map sometime in the somewhat near future. If we do reset the map it doesn't mean that you should stop playing until it happens because we will allow you to bring at least some things with you to the new map (unless they are non legit like beacons and spawned diamonds and what not). Everything still needs to be discussed and decided on so we'll have to see what happens.

If we decide to reset the map it won't be until I finished fixing and setting up all the plugins/features. I would also like to add something new to the server if or when the map gets reset to make it more attractive/fun (like maybe a game or an arena of some sort). If you guys have any suggestions go ahead and post them and who knows, we just might use your suggestion.

If the map gets reset and we can bring stuff across, will i be able to bring over JOOK's MC Shanty?
...or at least the materials.

I *do want to turn it into a castle someday and the blocks are already there.

Look we're practically rich on that servers. Most of us already have got enouph diamonds to build a skyscraper. We need something more interactive. I didn't know you were in charge of this Willrok. Well in that case good luck...

Not all that in favor of this unless a heck of a lot of our stuff gets transported over.

I am kind of partial to the whole house area that I built on. Neat landscape, nice placement near spawn, etc. etc. ad. nauseam. Plus, I put in a lot of hours working hard for all of those materials. Same goes for my farm and (most) of my equipment.

I like what we have now. It's like a mix between a nice peaceful "do whatever" server and an admin sandbox. Perhaps if we reset and make new gametypes and arenas and things we'll increase traffic, but I think it will lose that small-town brotherhood feeling of clan togetherness that we have going in there right now. (Think Cheers- "Where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came...")

i would agree with will on this one after crash going spawn happy with things on the server it made it no fun. only problem i have is what will keep crash mainly from spawning things in the new map. maybe if he will promise and swear on his admining powers on the minecraft server meaning he spawns he loses them.

If the map is reset I would remove most everything abusive from all groups to prevent it from happening again.

lol the 50 layers of glass under the npc village is nice but I think I would like to go back to it being plain old cobble. :3
