I believe Microsoft stated somewhere that they're fine with the game's usage so long as money isn't made from it. This was in reference to the partners on YouTube making a buck off of Halo videos, but I believe it would still apply.

xoth cry engine 3 is in Crysis 2 and you can run that so chances are decent for you but maybe consider getting an upgrade

Sounds like ill need to get new video cards 3X GTX780's
