Regarding Advanced Placement courses:
Despite the extra effort you are putting in doing AP courses remember that once you go to a university you will be able to test out of many courses that you would otherwise be required to take. Therefore do the work and you won't regret it later! Good luck with your studies Mandalor and I will be in your shoes in a year as well.

Many schools actually don't count AP classes as a way of getting out of college courses, you just have a higher chance of getting accepted if you get better grades in certain AP courses. Basically what they have going for them is a higher weight than other classes, nothing more (the majority of the time).

Apart from that, some universities only allow a maximum of a few AP credits to be accounted for, so that the person is obligated to take the full course at the university and such. >.>

Everywhere around here (local upstate SC) will take AP's at face value with as many as you have. I came into my freshman year with my freshman year all but complete (28 credit hours replaced with AP scores).

You'll just need to check with the schools you're interested in attending to see whether or not they'll take them, what classes they'll replace, and how much credit you can take credit for. It's different everywhere. But, if you decide to come here for school, I can totally hook you up.

very true. i only tested out of one or two classes, my other AP credits just went towards extra units not specific classes. but that and extra curricular things are what get you better chances to get into university c:

very true. i only tested out of one or two classes, my other AP credits just went towards extra units not specific classes. but that and extra curricular things are what get you better chances to get into university c:

I believe it will be especially useful to me because I am planning to do PSEO in my 11th and 12th years.
