I'm beig serious :p If a very good thread and actual fun was placed in a spam thread, he would never post in it. If something dull, uninteresting, (not related to him cough), and a general announcement was said in an off topic thread, he'd have his name written on it all over the place.

Spam = Post like crazy in here! Anything and everything goes! Post count is DISABLED.
Off Topic= Post for anything in the forums that doesn't belong anywhere else. Not the place for spam.

Spam is defined as: irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients.

Spam is basically the stuff that people do jokes on and shouldn't be taken seriously. It's a clear way to declare the serious stuff apart from the not so serious stuff. Posting in off topic is usually about news and polls. Spam is memes. Just keep in mind when you post next time. Save Runriot the trouble of posting :p
