Just an important notice, there is no "master server" for Halo online and one probably won't be created.
To play multiplayer you'll need tools like Hamachi, etc.

Halo online will probably be a very high fps and it'll probably cause some extreme lag in correlation to distances from the host. Without a master lobby or any sort of server hosting capabilities, it'll probably be hard to enjoy it with your out of state friends.
