Yeah, I noticed that one, it is a bit more informative. I'll update my original post with it.

I found it confusing myself, but eventually figured it out. You need DewritoUpdater to update and play the game. Link https://mega.co.nz/#!XEdxwYSS!OttrdOW8O ... F4hy6fRDGk . I found the following youtube video to be the most helpful. It's worth the effort to get it setup, very fun!

I should probably watch those videos ^ before posting but...

I am able to play the game, but not able to join any Evolve parties because Evolve tells me I don't have access too. When I go into the game, I am unable to play in the lobby? Only am able to host my own game.

You need to join the halo online evolve group here:

An additional note: a new version of ElDewrito has been released. Run the DewritoUpdater.exe to install it. From this version on, you will be required to have the newest version of ElDewrito to play with others.

Aim assist has been disabled for people using a keyboard + mouse.
