Occasionally I also have chosen to play in DI #3 as apposed to DI #7 because at the time it had amounted more players, depending on time of day/night or day of week both DI #3 and DI #7 have both been full, so its not that DI #7 isn't popular its just that DI #3 has a slightly more popularity factor therefore DI #3 will amount players first.

If lets say we only had DI #7 server available then DI #7 would be full constantly, But luckily we have a choice.
