Sidewinder Suggquestion

Why was the motion tracker removed in sidewinder?
Also can we get it back?
I should mention that "recently" A vanilla sidewinder died (in halo pc), and I have yet to see a server replace it
was full almost all the time, (but then there was always at least a bot on a day lol)
