Hay all would love to hear your versions of BBQ recipys whether its a rub, marinade for meats, or what you think is a good cut of meat or fish? Or other things? Have any of you tried banana with a mars bar?? Stuff like that would be cool.

I don't barbecue but my mom does. When she cooks meat she usually pours a bit of lime juice on it. My friends mother also pours this stuff on her meat called 'mojo'. Don't know what it is. Searched it up online and it's this sauce used in the canary islands.
