I get the error message "Negotiating with server" as I try to join the official ash clan danger canyon server. There are atleast 13/14 people on average playing on the server. What can I do about it? Any help? Thanks.

Im new here.
You need to clean this part of your server from some trolls.
I read that you insist you fixed this issue, but its really not fixed.
I like the game, last time playing mainly the ashclan 27 and 22, and i used to chat a little with a
player in my age (rather oldies) and he uses always the nick OJO.
So the real OJO is identified with the ping about 150 ms. A good person, that is obvious.
There is almost daily a fake ojo, and a real troll, always annoying the game.
Very much text-spamming / bad ugly language, and stalking / teamshooting.
The fake ojo has the ping around 100.
I discussed this with the real OJO, and hes opinion is like mine.
By some reason the annoying player is named "timmy boy", for me a too friendly name
and its a bit strange. He seems to be known by some IRL.
Why is this daily game-demolishing, not known by admins and fixed.

My bad, today i noted that both OJO:s are mental disturbed and in alliance with each other.
Also they are supported by admins.

Why are you destroying an old good retrogame like this.
absorbing most players, and using admins that are making the mess worse.
I guess that at least one of the ojo:s are admins.

I have to play at other servers, you can delete my membership at this fools platform.

I am almost daily "Ping-guin 3" and today, five minutes ago, there was at least one really heavy cheater.
Nick Dope.
He could pop up at any place from any other place, and often right beside a player in enemy team.

(sp i got back cause i heard the server is cleaned up, and its better, but sometimes it is as today)
