Recently just had this problem where I would try too upload a video and an error would occur:

An error has occurred.

Please visit the Xfire

After close research and visiting a thread on POQ forums (what a coincidence ) I found the best way to resolve this is to reinstall xfire. Don't forget to BACKUP xfire screenshots and videos. They can be found in the C:// Computer/ProgramData/Xfire. I'm pretty sure I wrote that wrong but I hope you get the idea. Best of luck.

Backing up chatlogs would be a good idea as well.

Right click on your friends name and it shows in the menu.
