I have made a test page concerning the homepage of our main website. I am setting up a poll to see if you guys like this test page better than our current homepage, or vise-versa.

If the overall vote shows to go with the test page, I can make it the main homepage.

Spyker I like the new design Great job. I vote for the new one. But thr background of the new one doesnt settle with me. Maybe a solid color background. But overall great job! !!:-D

By "Background", do you mean the main background of the page such as the stars, or the backgrounds of the different boxes containing information?

I mean the background of the new box. The background says ASH and it kinda feels odd since the banner says ASH ans also the new box you created. Im not good with computer tech word and stuff.

Oh, ok.

I think that adding the box with quick links to important information is a great idea. However, I feel the bottom of the page lacks a certain symmetry. Perhaps centering the servers and globe would fix this? If not, extending the sidebar on the right would also be a quick fix.

The grey box that the links are in should go. In its place it should just be a black background or stars to match with the main one.

I think this is similar to what I was saying. :thunbsup I would agree but do you mean the box with the links should be deleted all together? Or do you mean to change the background.

I vote yes to idea of a change to the main page. I also agree with Stealth's comment about symmetry needing to be fixed at the bottom. If you can do that then my vote is yes go with the new one. :thunbsup
