Blood Gulch 1 and 2

When i play halo pc i mostly play on 1 & 2 because its much different than 22 and 23, but the speed boost (double tap) seems to have faults sometimes. Could it be changed to flashlight speed like a total of 10 seconds per life after triggering the flashlight key? Then lastly could we put one of these mods on one of the ce blood gulches?

I haven't been able to get the speed boost to work ever...

I think things should remain the same as they are now since it can remain partly a secret
