Multiclanning

So in another thread it was mentioned in passing that multiclanning isn't allowed in this clan.
SmG struggled with the same rule for a long time.
Recently the rule was changed to no multiclanning with halo clans but before that it was no multiclanning what so ever.
What multiclanning rule is it here?

We do allow multiclanning as long as the other clans do not have Halo PC and or CE as an
official game.
