So at the beginning of the year my scale said I weighed about 190 and now its saying I weigh 160 \(._.)/

I've had that happen before, but never quite that much. Lost 20lbs once and 10lbs a second time. Might be the scale, though.

I knew that I had lost some weight cause the pants and belt I bought got really loose like a month after I got them but I didn't think I lost quite that much weight.A§H»Shimmer wrote:only a guy would not know which it is.
