I think I would rather have halo die than to have to use gameranger to be able to keep playing. Someone posted about gameranger on the =DG= forums so I looked into it. By the looks of it the ASH servers might not be able to be put on the gameranger list since they are running on a vps (which is what big clans usually use since it saves hundreds of dollars in hosting). In addition it looks as though gameranger has 3 different types of accounts, the first one is free but the second two are paid for, no thank you. Another thing is the fact that gameranger is loaded with ads that auto play whether you like it or not (videos and picture ads).


I'll use origin before I use gameranger.

Agree with all those observations. I looked into this yesterday, but as soon as I loaded up gameranger, I realized this is a non-starting option. In the end, any system that requires third party software to view the server lobby is bound to fail.
