At around 6.30am EST i got my first earthquake ever. The whole building was swinging for like 5 seconds. I've never experienced something like that. My neighbor said his bed was swinging while he was laying on it.
Found some more news about it on several websites saying it was a 4.5.
Was a bit scared since i'm living in the 11th floor lol.

Glad everything is alright. They have earthquakes in Germany? I didn't know.

Had one like that not too long ago around here (4.4 mag). Only thing it damaged was the local water tower.

Pretty wild for the whole ground to be moving like that, isn't it?

Thanks everyone. Nothing really bad happened. Can't see any damages on my house or somewhere else. But it was a pretty strange experience. I guess for people in the US its more common but where i live an earthquake is something that happens in like 500 years.

There actually are some earthquakes in Germany but usually in western parts like Cologne or Frankfurt. The epicenter was in Czech Republic, not far awa from the german border.
