Just curious. Usually on school nights really early, weekends around maybe 1 am, and then summer 4 am >.>

Weekdays 11 P.M.
Weekends are another question >.> Depends either 1 A.M. or 2. When I get bored.

For about half a year I was taking cat-naps 3-4 hours every other afternoon or so until my jaw began aching to the point I barely wanted to chew food. Was google-ing for an answer to this random ache when I stumbled on effects of sleep deprivation. After 2 full nights of sleep my jaw was no longer aching.

Now I try to get at least 6 uninterrupted hours a night or during the day if I missed a night, and haven't had any more problems.

Moral of the story: Get yer sleeps!

for me it depends when i have class the next day. if class isnt 'til noon i can stay up late and still get lots of sleep xd I love it so much more than high school schedules. :p

I get less than or equal to 6 hours of sleep a night. I'm up at 0600 every morning so that I can go to work before class (or just straight to class if I've got an early morning one), and I usually don't quit working on school stuff when I get home until 2200 or 2300. Gets kind of tiring after a while, and I usually try to catch up on sleep on the weekends. I'm a biologist, so I know that's not how it works. But shhh, don't tell my brain.
