at work mostly coffee (espresso, black)
at home tea, earl grey, with sugar

Black coffee all the way.

My roommate and I create our own tea a lot of times. Otherwise I like Earl Grey, Chamomile, and mint.

For coffee, I like light-medium roast, with 1/3 cup of cream/milk. brown sugar, or no sugar. If there is Nutmeg around, I'll sprinkle that on top.
