WHEREAS, the Generals of the Armored Saints for Hire have decided that a promotion for two exemplary Colonels is needed for the well-being of this clan.

WHEREAS, the Generals of the Armored Saints for Hire are the three founding administrators of the clan and should be recognized as such.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED, on this 6th day of October; in the year 2014, by the Generals of the Armored Saints for Hire that the new clan rank of Chancellor be created and occupied by the three founding Generals of the Armored Saints for Hire.

BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED, that with the vacancy of the Generals rank, A§H»ĴΘΘĶ of Arizona and A§H»VOX of the Netherlands are to be immediately promoted to represent and lead this fine clan as clan Generals.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Generals of the Armored Saints for Hire have hereunto set their hands and caused the Seal of the Armored Saints for Hire to be affixed.

DONE in the State of Texas, Commonwealth of Virginia, and State of Michigan this 6th day of October, in the year of our Founding of the Armored Saints for Hire the second.
