Cheaters in the DC Server

Hello,
I routinely play in your DC server and have been for months. DC is my favorite map and it is one of the few servers that consistently offers fun gameplay and people who are decent at the game.
The last three times I have played (twice on Sunday, and just now) there were cheaters on the other team. About 30 minutes ago, there was a guy named "Wall-Bot" that came in. I had f-rod and sniper in tunnels coming around a corner and was pre-naded with two nades, I was dead before I saw him. The next time I waited to go into the middle room for almost a minute (just stood in tunnels) and there were no grenades thrown in. The moment I begin to walk in, Wall-Bot threw a nade at me, which I dodged, then pre-shot headshot me with a sniper rifle before I even saw him. My head had just cleared the ledge for him to see me, I was visible for less than a quarter second. At that point I said "it makes it easy when you have walls on" and he said "yea I know LOL". I said "everyone watch out, Wall-Bot is cheating" and then said "most people at least try to hide it, you don't care if it's blatant", to which he responded "if they aren't going to enforce it you can't stop me". After that I left and came here. I noticed that the server is not running SAPP or anticheat (this is probably not needed for a public server), but I think SAPP should definitely be on. On Sunday I was also getting pre-naded, shot at while hiding with invis behind a tree, etc. I love playing in your servers but the cheating is very detracting from the experience. I know that you guys have several servers and they can't be monitored all the time, but the cheating problem is getting worse.
Feel free to discuss these issues with me further, my Xfire is musket93. I'm also applying for the clan. I was involved with 'public server clans' from 2009-2011 before I discovered Halo PC Tournament (HPT) and have been in competitive scrim teams and clans since then. The environment there is 'win at all costs' leading to many instances of cheating, DDOSing, etc., and I've had enough of all of that. I'm ready to return to an environment where I had much more fun and made many more friends. I look forward to getting to know you guys. If you want a glimpse of 'what I do', my Youtube is muzzzle93 and I upload Halo videos there regularly.
Thanks,
Muzzle
