We should somehow do a steam secret santa >.> Bier and Jook were talking about it yesterday but I don't know how it would work out

I did a Summer Secret Santa on Reddit during the Steam sale this past summer. I was not involved in organizing, but here's how the rules were discussed.

1. Games purchased must be steam gifts
2. Games purchased must be purchased ONLY when they are on sale
3. Games must be purchased from the wishlist
4. Everyone involved will HAVE to spend a pre-determined minimum amount. Ie, if the budget is $20, you can get your partner 1 game that goes on sale for 19.99, 2 games that go on sale for 9.99, or 4 games that go on sale for 4.99.

The minimum budget is in place as to keep things fair. Skyrim LE goes on sale for 20 during major sales, so if you got your partner that but got Super Hexagon in return, it would be very disappointing. A gift is always nice, but sales allow us to get things typically outside our budget so this way, we hope to keep things fair.

Please make sure your wishlists are current!
Please have at least 10 games on your wishlist.

I'd really like to, but we should agree on how much to spend. I like $20, but I'm open to any other amount that people choose. So, everyone who wants to participate, should post the amount you are comfortable with. And then we can decide from there.
Also, on the Reddit SS, the mods had us take screenshots and post to keep everyone honest as to what we spent. Here's a screenshot of what I bought...

Translation: I'm cool with $5

Mandalor, no we don't need screenshots, but I'm pretty sure no one is going to do this Secret Santa exchange. I didn't get much traction when I bought it up a month or so ago.
The Steam sale starts in a few days, so I'm not sure if it's too late for people to agree on how we can do this.
