Lots of forum mods added

I finally had a couple hours to burn so I installed some neat forum mods we could all use.
You'll notice at the bottom of the index page there are some new utilities for seeing how active the forums have been today.
Also, there's a new and improved quick reply
That's what I'm really excited about

nice mods crash why do we need a forum tho? lol its not like your gonna install like 500 mods or are you? XD
