GTAV just went on pre-purchase... or at least some time recently,
since GTAV has the GTA On-line feature, I'm just wondering if there's anyone else who's considering getting it.

Nope. I'm not to fond of the GTA series as it is. It's way to expensive, but there's always 40% deals and 30%.

I don't know if it will support Xbox 360 controllers yet. I'm also trying to boycott pre-ordering as it's encouraging game developers to ship games half baked so they can sell us the rest of the game over time for a profit.

Yeah, I agree with the pre-order boycott, which is why I haven't bought it yet, I'm still not 100% on buying the game, I'm just trying to make up my mind.
But I do feel like they have put time into making it a good port.
It'd be my first GTA game, so if they don't do a good job I likely wouldn't be getting any game past then.
But I've also heard good things about GTAV and would be really surprised if the port is bad. (If I get it before you guys who are going to get it, I'll let you know if its a bad port and buggy and stuff yup)

I got GTA IV with the hopes of running it, but I just don't have enough machine. So I won't be looking at getting the sequel until it goes on some massive sale.

Also, I want to support the effort of not pre-ordering games. And I'm definitely not about to pay full price for a game, regardless of what it is.

Pre-order always is for mugs!

Still not 100% sure if its pre-ordering the game since its already been out for a year though,

Console games aren't always good at transferring to the PC world.
