The A§H Clan

So recently I haven't been playing Halo as much due to life and other games, but I went into the game a couple times at the end of this week and noticed that the game screen appears to have gotten a lot larger. I thought at first that maybe I just got used to how the other games that I have been playing looked, but then I noticed that the graphics look more pixalated than what I remember.

I don't recall changing anything before I took my mini hiatus, and I have been playing around with the Resolution to try and fix the issue, but to no avail.

Help and suggestions please.

Did you hit F8 by any chance and accidentally change anything?

Maybe you have changed your FOV? I think that's f7. Standard FOV is 70 degrees.

I think Mandalore could be right however F6 is the default for FOV.
Perhaps you hit Left Shift+F6, that resets FOV to default value of 70°.

You might also have to tweak your graphic settings and particles (shadows, lines, stuff like that). I play with 600 x 800 and switching to 1600 x 1100 is drastic, but only the graphics details can change the pixelation at times, in the greatest of degrees. Your monitors settings might be different.

Well its hard to tell from the images, but my game is just super wide now and unfocused. It doesn't do my screen size justice.





F6-F8, or Left Shift + F6 don't do anything to my interface.

The problem isn't the quality of the graphics, but it is that everything has gotten bigger. Its like my screen got zoomed in somehow.

Do you have HAC2 installed?

Yes, but I'm not sure if it's on when I play because the key commands don't work
