October 1e , prices for the bare necessity's in The Netherlands are going up 2% because the vat is raised , and on January 1e, 2013 they raise the accijns ,(a kind of tax, added BEFORE charging vat), on the same bare necessity's.
So it's time to build a little storage for the hard winter to come.

Single Malt is NOT to be stored. It is to be savored and enjoyed with friends and cigars. The winter is always colder without these bare necessities. :thunbsup
