What would you look for in a mc server?

What would you look for in a mc server?
I have been trying to host a server but so far nobodies interested
, I would like to see what you would like a mc server to have/why.
The server most likely won't change ever, and if it does I will try to refund your stuff maybe even mc edit you old house into the new map if you want. (which would give you all your stuff in the house in the chests, so try not to make 10000+ houses lol but if you remember where they are I can get em.)
Also so the ender dragon isn't first come first served I can re spawn him in the end if anyone wants to fight him (make sure to build pearl farms out of something the ender dragon can't break ;P )
Although the server would be nothing if nobody plays it, very shocking indeed.
If I can get myself to I might add a structure that will spawn rarely but it will be a epic underground base :p though if ya don't want it I won't add it :p .
