These days the old monarchy Eurpean are celebrating two hundred years of the Bataille de Waterloo. Time to look back and see that Europe what won with this battle, what lost, and what was repeated later.

I read this in the newspaper the yesterday about the anniversary. It's funny to think how it took 7 coalitions to defeat Napoleon, and no English Commander or European Commander, could ever match his wits and logic. It was this jealousy that so many Russian commanders had in them, to push down the common man Bonaparte. I think it's intriguing that so many people know about Waterloo and about his failed invasion of Russia, but few realize the massive power Napoleon had, and the fear that resonated from the Russians and the Englishmen.

Monarchy and nobility are based on the fact that somewhere in history some jerk
with a big sword or bigger group of hooligans succeeded in killing other jerks more
efficiently
