Website Update: July Fixes and Updates

The main website has been fixed in multiple areas. A few updates were also added, notably on the server rule's page.

Please let me know in a pm if you find anything that still needs to be fixed.

I noticed that the Code of Conduct still has the ASH clan known as Armored Saints for Hire.

I noticed that the Code of Conduct still has the A§H clan known as Armored Saints for Hire.

The Code of Conduct also has to be updated. That's something I had left the Colonels to do nearly two months ago...
