Anyone willing to host a minecraft server for me for free and setup all the hard stuff for me like worldguard etc i am looking all over the place for some help without having to pay for a server

You can create a virtual server for you to play around with here:

It's either free for a very limited usage case or you can get a tier that is fifty cents a month.

We occasionally have a minecraft server we run but we are not at the moment.

He's literally asking someone to do all of the hard work for him. I don't know how else I'm expected to respond. I provided him with a resource, he can use it if he wants to.

You could have given him the resource without the snarky comments. Think before you post.
