I get this, but I should be getting 7 down and something higher than .23 up, sometimes I can boost the upload speed to .3 by leaving it off overnight, but I want my mom to contact the ISP to get it fixxed... guess what, our internet speed used to be .56 mbps Downstream, we had a dud modem, it sucked veeery much so, but this internet is horrible, especially for uploading videos,

that's the college I hope to go to I have the grades, just haven't gotten to the tests yet lol 5 years

Well British Telecommunications had recently installed fibre optic (to the cabinet) in my area, we saw that we could pay less and get better internet (also going from a 100GB limit to unlimited), so we took it up ;D
