"royalty",and "nobility" for that matter, are a pile of s......
Just because somewhere in the past some knob-head with a bigger sword or a bigger gang
of thugs claimed to be "king" or "duke" or whatever, these people claim all kinds of "rights".

If it was up to me they would have to choices:
1 Lay down your "title", with all "privilege's" and wealth , derived from that title, or,
2 Lay down your head

That said, I hope the kid is healthy and that they enjoy they're time as parents, because that's what I hope for everyone who gets a baby.
See you in the Haloverse, but hey, don't run, you'll just die tired!!

Can't agree more with you guys on that. However, it's an escape for the common citizen to focus on that instead of other issues going on around them that their government would rather not have them so concerned about. It's an outdated system and useless expense of money for that society but for now the tradition continues.

I'm happy to keep the monarchy we have in the UK and not become a presidential republic. The elected government fucks us over much more than the Royal Family does anyway (i.e. the Royal Family doesn't). At least there's no party politics involved with them! Unlike republics like the US where the Head of Government is also the Head of State.

Anyway I'm going to leave it there as this is no place for argument which this will soon turn into.

Xoth, those videos by the Taiwanese are definitely amazing :)

I see your point Xaethon and respect it. But who's needs a government when we can become Anarchist!!!!! Nahhh. I'm joking. Every thin has benefits and drawbacks. If I was of royal blood they would call me "Lord Mandalor" (in star wars foreigners who are not mandalorians are required to call him "Lord Mandalore" " Having said that Royall Families are a pretty thing in life especially in Europe. Long live the Roman Empire!!!
