Did he have to reapply? I wasn't around back then so I don't know these things...
Did our member count go back down when he left?

If he lost rank and had to reapply, i'd say he's the 100th.
but, in any event. My original thought was that it would be Über sweet if the 100th member got a special medal.

...Or a huge check from Publisher's Clearing House.
