Super laggy game? slow internet browser -.-

Joined ashclan #4 sidewinder and my ping is crazy, from 2560 to 97 ping, and it seems at this time my net gets slow at loading web pages too, temp is cleared already and I used CCleaner too.

is my pc trolling me?

Are you using WiFi? What are your normal internet speeds? Are you using a router with several other machines and/or devices sharing the network? If yes do you have other people in the house using the internet while your doing w/e?

seems to be rare really, since i go on when everyones off the pc other (most of the time)
