I don't know if "The tone sets the music..." has a meaning in English....in Dutch it means
something like "HOW you make something sound dictates what you mean"..
It basically means that HOW you say something ( or let something sound) is as important
as WHAT you're saying...


Some guy took this and applied it to some of the worst music (i.m.o. ) and actually made me like it,
I never thought I'd say this but I now like Katy Perry and even Miley Cyrus
